  • We have a separate FAQ page specifically for issues around the hands-on part of the course. Please view it here.

  • If you purchased the course/certificate from one of our partners, a prepaid account has already been created for you. You should have received an email from support@resuscitech.io with access instructions including a unique link to create a password for your account. Make sure you check your spam folder. If you cannot find this email, please reach out to our support team via our webform or by emailing support@resuscitech.io and we can send you everything you need.

  • Your progress will be saved when you finish each section of the course. Progress will also temporarily (for 48 hours) be saved when you reach the hands-on chest compression part of the course. This allows additional time to practice or find a proper couch seat cushion. Please ensure you have an internet connection so your progress can be saved to your account on our servers.

  • Unfortunately, the app is only available in the US and Canada at this time. We do intend to expand to other countries but we cannot make any promises as to when this will happen. If you have already purchased your certificate from one of our partners, we recommend you reach out to them and ask for a refund.

  • Yes, at ResusciTech we believe that everyone should have access to life saving information so we have made it possible to learn or revisit the entire course free of charge. We only charge for the certification. You can also find all of our videos on our YouTube Channel.

  • The app works on more than 99% of smartphones including all iPhones. There are a few Android phone models that do not have the sensors required for the hands-on chest compression part of the course including the Samsung Galaxy A series (other Samsung Galaxy phones do work). If you have one of these phones, you will see a warning in the app and have to complete the hands-on portion by borrowing a friend’s phone or via Zoom with a member of our team. You can request a Zoom evaluation via our webform.
